I like all the characters but I always thought the episodes w/ Major Burns were funnier than the ones w/ Winchester.

because I was a blond MASH nurse in 1980, and I know she is just like the nurses who were over seas..my friend was a WASP in Okinawa during the Vietnam war. her part was perfect and the actress was perfect for it..Loretta Switt is so wonderful..thank you for asking this...
Oh my god, Klinger was so darn funny that I wet my pants laughing when he was in a dress and hat...but Jamie Farr was just so funny...I don't think I ever knew anyone who could have gotten away with that much stuff trying to get sent home without getting into a lot of trouble or a court martial for it.
that show was the best show ever since the actors were all the best and amazing...how do you pick a favourite? I watch the show over and over and over and over through the years and love every minute.
Hawkeye was so dear. the surgeons were so great and so real and genuine... The show made you cry even when you saw it so many times and it hurt your heart...it made love for the soldiers lost in Viet Nam live on and helped our country heal. There were many soldiers who watched it. mothers of soldiers, and children who lost their fathers and/or mothers to the war, found comfort too.... they were able to see and feel some of what they didn't experience with their loved ones...
