Atkins diet. I lost 40lbs with it in 6 months and have maintained my current weight for the last year utilizing the program as well.

Eat 5 small healthy meals throught the day. Always have breakfast. Eat 2 servings of milk products in that diet. Also take a multivitamin and be sure you are getting the fiber you need. Exercise (cardio like running, jogging or walking depending on your fitness level) for 30 minutes for at least 3 days a week. Good luck!

Listen to Catgurl: eat right and exercise. There is NO QUICK FIX. I have been battling weight for YEARS and I have lost 40 pounds this year with Exercise ( I have only missed 16 days at the gym this year) and changing my diet.

Take lots of laxitives! Only joking, that will harm you. You should eat your food very slowly. I have found people who eat faster tend to gain weight easier. This is because eating slowly lets your stomach tell you when it is full, before you eat another serving. Hence why I don't gain weight easily. Im always last to finish eating everywhere. Is quite embarassing sometimes. Hope this helps.

Get off the computer and do something that requires movement greater than using a mouse and keyboard. Like walking the dog. And don't sleep at the door of the refrigerator door and thinking that opening the door for the midnight snack will burn any more calories than sitting at this keyboard will.

Count your calories! Multiply your weight by 16 and subtract 500. That is the amt of calories you should be eating.
Get 1 hr of exercise a day. Drink lots of water.

Try to exercise at least 3 times a week and stop eating junkfood and anything white, also drink lots of water, eat lots of vegetables and fruits.Good luck!

no need for mumbo jumbo diets

eat conservatively

eat breakfast

drink water, your body wants 1/2 Liters per hour, but that leads to lots of urination, if you want to do it, it helps keep you healthy and lose weight.

and don't use substitute sugars, they have negative effects on your body, not positive.
