Think of the most pleasurable thing that's ever happened to and multiply that like 100 times. That's what meth does to the brain and is the reason most meth addicts don't stay clean.Long term treatment and counseling is his only chance.Good luck.I will send good thoughts your family's way.

Yes, there is an all natural alternative that addicts are finding great success with. It was only put on the market about 3 years ago but it is an adaptogen which will balance the auto-immune system and neutralize the acid in his system. Once his system becomes alkalide, he will have a much easier time dealing with the withdrawls. I have heard enough testimonials, that I would say it is his best chance. Meth is probably the most addictive drug, but I do know some of had success with this.

I was addicted to meth about a year ago and i'll be honest with you, I had to be locked at Laurel Ridge Rehabilitation Center, a psychiatric hospital for addicted teens...and its true....cold turkey is the only way to go and its hard and timely but it teaches a lesson in the long run...i hope ur bro gets better.

Try giving him some Kava Kava tea and this may sound crazy but ask the doctor to give him non-narcotic sleeping pills so he can at least sleep off most of his addiction and he doesnt have to be thinking about meth.

Meth is really an evil drug - it was invented in 1918 by the Japanese to give to their kamakazee pilots. Hitler took it.

There has been some studies that show that taking tryptophan (an amino acid) and magnesium help some of the symptoms of meth withdrawal. Tryptophan is used to make serotonin - the brain chemical that helps you feel calmer, less depressed. Magnesium helps get your body's electrical impulses in order.

It's not a cure, but it may help. Main thing is that he is willing. I hope you can encourage him to get off it before it destroys his life.

No medicine will help. And even if he does, 95% of the people who stop using it go back again. Then again, there is every possibility that he will be in the 5% of meth users. Just get him in rehab ASAP.

Meth...oooh tough.
Probably not because it's synthetic. It's a "designed" drug so the only way to go is the hard road.
Best of luck.

TRY THIS SERIOUSLY! CHECK OUT THE DRUG SUBOXONE ON THE NET. I HAD A FRIEND THAT WAS ADDICTED TO PAIN MEDS FOR YEARS AND THIS STUFF GOT HER OFF AND KEPT HER OFF. IT TOOK ABOUT 2 MONTHS AND SHE WAS COMPLETELY DRUG FREE. I WOULD THINK IT COULD HELP W/ METH ADDICTION. TRY IT, WHAT DOES HE HAVE TO LOSE.....

You may want to light a white candle near or on the full moon to heal. Blessings and healing for your brother!

There is no medicine...
Only answer is to lock him in a room.

He will go 'cold turkey' but come out the other end......
