It's our way of giving something back to the world!
We've loved and lost and loved again.
We have endured our own many individual experiences in life why not share what we know with others.
Plus is fun!
It may even really help someone.
Along with the idea of collecting points to later be rewarded with a prize, is motivating enough for us to keep answering questions. So keep the questions coming and we all win!

All best answers win ten points, if selected by the asker, or by the voters.
No matter how stupid or clever the question is.
So stating ahead of time or with the question, makes no sense, we already know that.

You wonder dont you! Well when you have to answer a question relating to your country being arrogant to the needs of people who rape and beat little children, and wont hold down a job because they are drunks...I say it's all worth it to set the record straight. Wow that guy was a tosser, anyone very interested in their culture or helping another...is here and why, I would say.

Because there are 24 hours in the day and even after doing all that has to be done, I still have about 18 of those hours left to fill.

Because people like you are asking them and I have nothing better to do than answer them...or do laundry, mow the lawn, feed the dog, do the dishes, take care of the kids. Hey, what are the points for anyhow?

To find a small few seconds in life that we feel we are helping others even if we are not at all. Not only that, but we can earn points for whatever they are for, AND find a few seconds in the day where we are completely distracted from boredom.
