On average 1-3 years, but my daughter has one going on 4 1/2 years it wont die...do you want it lol.

The lifespan for guinea pigs is between five and eight years, depending on breed, how well it is looked after, exercise etc.

hi..i currently have 3 ( 2boys and a girl) in all i've had 5 guineas. my oldest guinea GIGI died at age 6yrs old..slowly she stopped having an appetite and she would bogard the other piggies to get to the lettuce. she was my baby. Cozmo, my male piggie died at age 2, he had a bad digestive system. but the 3 i have now..oldest one is 3yrs old..younges is 1yr good luck!

i grew up with guinea pigs and my favorite one " lightfoot " lived to be 8, even the vet was very surprised
