Sometimes a sport bra can help. I don't know exactly why, the elastic or construction, but I'm a 36 C and when I put on a sport bra, I don't look anywhere near as 'busty' - yet, unless you are outrageously, freakishly big, (which you may be - nothing personal!) if you got it - flaunt it. It's surprising how many, (men and women) would admire you for it!

Often the type of clothes you wear will either focus on that area or put the focus somewhere else. I would go shopping with a friend, and get them to tell you what clothes make your boobs look smaller.

You need a professionally fitted, supportive bra. Make sure to wear tops that are of appropriate cuts and styles so as not to emphasize your chest. But the bra is your A#1 solution.

Buy a bra that reduces your cup size visually. They are called minimizing bras. Playtex makes them. Lady Grace sells them. They are special bras.

Go to your local department store and buy a bra, I think it is Wonderbra for large size women that is a minimizer. They make you look one and half size smaller

34a is SMALL! Why do you want them smaller?? And fyi- most people, especially guys like big boobs, even on a fat person that is their favorite part on them. So if you think that your boobs are big, then that is still ok.

Try mimimizer bras. They really do work. Go to a nice, big dept. store adn head for the lingerie dept. Then find you the oldest, most mature woman clerk you can, and get her to fit and measure you and recommend a bra. She will, most likely, give you the best fitting bra you've ever worn.

wear a black bra black makes you look smaller trust me i know i wear a size 44d and even though i have great **** some times they need to look smaller

yes by a good bra and there is no other solution I think.You are born like that I here are no changes.You should be proud with what you have,because many women give many for bigger boobs.

sometimes wearing a full cup bra helps.
avoid turtlenecks, try V neck blouses.
