No, just because you had a great orgasm doesn't mean that this is real love; it just means that your bodies connected well in a sexual manner.
There is a WHOLE lot more to love and relationships that great sex. The question is: Without sex, can you still have a mind blowing experience with girl. Think about it.

Love is like the answer to a riddle. Other answers may seem good or clever, but only this one answer is perfect.
Sex with the person you love is the same, it is better than anything. I didn't know it until I found the right guy, I thought I was having great sex and he just blew my mind...good luck.

Was it ur first time? Sounds like it! Definately pursue it! What have you got to lose? If it doesn't work out you had some great sex and made a friend. Never be scared to pursue love, getting hurt is part of it, and we've all been thru it, but if you never take chance....

Great sex doesn't always translate to love ... having said that, you need to ask yourself is that the ONLY thing your feeling? Just the afterglow of great sex? Is this person important to you? Is her happiness more important than you? Does the thought of hurting her make you sick to your stomach? Does the thought of bills and babies and mortgages and medical care make you run screaming?
If you answered: No, yes, yes, yes, yes, and no? Then it quite possibly could be love, but take it easy, if you have to ask, your probably quite young, and should take it easy, it'll happen if it's supposed to. Good luck!

If you are concerned about getting hurt; then it's definitely love. In this case, it's the love that made the sex feel so right.

You have it backwards. First you fall in love, get married, then have great sexual intercourse. Helps to do it in this order when a baby shows up.

It's called great sex but it doesn't mean you love her. If you feel like you want to spend the rest of your life with her (and not just because of the sex), then you know you love her.

No. Even though sex is a part of having a relationship, it is not the most important part. Can you be emotionnally vulnerable with this person? Do you think about their well being? Are their values similar to mine? These are important questions to ask yourself.
