I think that 13 is a good age for a first kiss, dating I say 15 now getting your tongue pierced...I say 17.

first kiss around 12 or 13 (for me) 1st date 15 and pierced my tongue at 17...and got rid of it at 19...you grow past those things. Can't stand in a professional business meeting with everyone wondering what is reflecting in ur mouth.

i got my first kiss at 12 years old, my first unsupervised date was 15 years old almost 16 years old and for piercing your tongue pierced most piercing places will let you get it done only with a parent/guardian signature, but for you to get it done by yourself 18 years old. Honestly these decisions are up to you. But honestly wait for your first kiss to be with someone special, same with the dating thing so your parents wont get a different impression and as for the tongue piercing that's something you should talk over with your parents.
