if u are wanting to download a movie thats out on dvd, then the best way to get dvd qualityis to download something named "DVDRIPPED" or anything with the letters DVD in it

they are probably poor quality b/c u r downloading movies still i nthe theatre and they are boot legs and they will always be bad quality. use bittorrent to down load stuff

Time to move up to bittorrent. Much faster, bigger selection and better quality. Wikipedia it.
