to make a birthday memorable you dont have to spend a lot of money now if it is like just your closest friends (1 to 6 friends) you could have a sleep over and have fun dance take pictures t.p. someones house and have a scavenger hunt like in the movie sleepover and have things like get a guy to give you his phone number at the mall things like that and no one will forget that
