Losing weight is a very big thing. It can be quite difficult and painful, but it can change and you can make it fun. Ok let's start with how much you weigh and what is your height and if you are muscular then those extra pounds are from muscles. And once you find your goal weight or what is the right weight for you, then start to change something from your lifestyle. I would suggest avoid anything that is white and even if it's delicious, avoid it, for example like sugar,cake,ice cream,bread,pasta, you can have it once in a while but try to avoid it when you are trying to lose weight. Then lets start with the sodas, avoid any kind of drink except water and milk and make sure to drink the low-fat or skim milk, or reduced fat. Then avoid junkfood, for example like candy, chocolate, and chips and then you will help your teeth and your weight. Exercise is essential in losing weight so I would suggest you start of slowly then increase your routines in months. I would do cardio exercises 3 times a week then yoga 2 times a week, to relax. You can walk and run which helps so much. And if you have Comcast cable, go to exercise TV and choose cardio and choose the total cardio kick and you can go to quick workouts and do ab,butt,and more workouts that only take about ten minutes. On dance do bellydancing, it really helps. Make these changes and you will see results soon, hope you will lose weight and remember quick weight loss is not possible it takes time and patience. I am trying to lose weight too and I hope both of us can reach our goal weight. Good luck.

Eat no more than 1000 calories a day.
Exercise like crazy...an hour nonstop twice daily. Lift weights for a half hour each day.
You should lose all that weight in a few months and that is the ONLY way you will lose it that fast. sorry.

Power walk 5 miles a day and eat healthy. If you do that every day you should lose weight really fast and keep it off without a diet pill. Don't forget vitamins,minerals, and proteins in you diet.
I hope this helps. It helped me lose 20 lbs in a few weeks.

i think you already know the answer to this question :)
Diet and Exerisise...plenty of whole foods like brown rice and eat a healthy slow release breakfast like museli or porridge oats. lean protein like grilled chicken or fish is good for dinner, fill up your plate with vegetables and snack on sweet fruits like pineapples and strawberries. Don't make the mistake of going below 1300-1500 cals a day, your body will only crave junk food - and allow yourself a small treat under 150 cals in the evenings (i also found going easier on myself for the weekends helped me be really good in the weekdays)
Gyms can be daunting so try involving more walking in your lifestyle (to the grocery shop or to wind down in an evening) fitness DVDs can also be good for body conscious dieters, or buy a small trampet..these are fun and GREAT work outs.
Most of all remember your body deserves to be healthy and happy and if you are overweight you can only get better from all of this

50 pounds in two months is not particularly healthy. You need to find a diet that is right for you. Personally, i have cut out processed sugars, bread, pasta, rice, soda, fruit juices in the past and been pretty successful. you need to come up with a good exercise program and stick with it. try to avoid drinking anything but water. don't starve yourself. your body will store more fat than burn it if you starve yourself. if you really want to do this, you should contact a dietician and think about taking vitamins.

Go for the colon cleansing first to get the toxins out of the body .
And then try and create an eating journal. Move more if you do not want to jump in the gym right away..
Going out all the time is a big no.. limits..
And add color to your plate it really helps

losing 50 lbs in 2 months by going on a diet is not healthy.....
gastric bypass surgery can be a better option but you have to be 100lbs overweight.... however, risks are involved.. but you will see results.
