You dont say your age. You could have an undescended testicle. The testicles form in the abdomen and descend into the scrotum when you are a baby. Sometimes this doesnt happen. You can have simple surgey to correct this. If this is the case you should see a doctor. I realise it is embarrassing but on undescended testicle can become cancerous

This is very common and no it doesnt make any difference to your fertility but if it suddenly dissappears overnight then it needs to be dropped which occured to a friend of mine. A doc is the best help but it can cause problems.

My mate lost one too, it doesnt affect the abiltiy to have kids though or youre ability to perform. Plus you can get the old one put in a jar, thats one hell of an ice breaker! "hey baby ive got a pickled testie!"

it did to my best friend who had one removed due to testicular cancer. he had a silicone one put in and it feels real!!! he let me feel lol
