You could try to click on your start button
then open your control panel
then open add or remove programs and find the mirar file there to remove it.

Follow these removal instructions to remove Mirar from your computer:

1. Click Start > Run , type 'regedit' and click Ok to open the Registry Editor.
2. Locate the following key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Internet Explorer \ Toolbar,
in the right pane, delete the value {179E4B4A-76C3-4F65-BCED-C9FA1A28D2EF} , if it exists.
3. Locate the following key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Internet Explorer \ Toolbar \ WebBrowser,
in the right pane, delete the value {179E4B4A-76C3-4F65-BCED-C9FA1A28D2EF} , if it exists.
4. Delete the following key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Classes \ CLSID \ {179E4B4A-76C3-4F65-BCED-C9FA1A28D2EF}

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Classes \ CLSID \ {8A0DCBDA-6E20-489C-9041-C1E8A0352E75}

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Explorer \ Browser Helper Objects \ {8A0DCBDA-6E20-489C-9041-C1E8A0352E75}
5. Reboot the computer.
6. Delete the following files (if exist ):

%SystemDir%\NN_BAR.DLL
%SystemDir%\NN_Bar21.dll
%SystemDir%\NN_Bar22.dll
%SystemDir%\NN_Bar31.dll

Note: %System% is a variable, you should replace it with the System directory in your computer. By default, this is C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me), C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000), or C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP).
7. Click Start > Settings > Control Panel, double click Internet Options, click the Programs tab, and then click on the Reset Web Settings .

Check to see if it automatically installed itself under your programs list if so remove it from there. Next you might want to install a spy-ware program like Ad-Aware or user the Microsoft spy-ware removal once which is new to search and remove any unwanted spy-ware it finds in your PC.

Go to my computer, then go to add remove programs. You will see it in the populated list. Uninstall it.

Next before you go back on internet explorer, go to start menu then go to run then type in msconfig, next go to startup and make sure the program isnt in the list of items that start up at boot.

Last and finally go into start menu and make sure its not listed in your programs menu if it is delete all the files.

also when your done hit it with adaware se or spybot

the mirar spywear allows people to start your web cam at will and you never know it is on and they can view your cam 24 hrs a day and log everything....be careful please, this may be a matter for the police

GO TO 'CONTROL PANEL', THEN ADD/REMOVE SECTION,
FIND THE NAME OF THE PROGRAM.
RIGHT CLICK ON THE NAME. WAIT TILL THE PROGRAM IS NOT ON THE LIST. THEN RESTART YOUR COMPUTER.
WHEN YOU OPEN UP AGAIN RUN , DISK CLEAN-UP THEN DISK DEFRAGE.
THAT SHOULD GET IT OFF YOUR COMPUTER. IF IT DOESN'T, TURN OFF SYSTEM RESTORE THEN RERUN EVERYTHING AFTER YOU RESTARTED THE COMPUTER. THEN TURN SYSTEM RESTORE BACK ON.

get windows defender from www.microsoft.com. it should come up as adware, and delete it.
