Eyes – Deep matte earth tones like green, dark grey, beige and brown will make you look gorgeous.
Cheeks – Coral and plum are great and bronzing powder gently dusted over your cheeks, forehead and nose will give you a gorgeous sun-kissed glow.
Lashes – Brown/black or black is best.
Lips – Your skin tone is very versatile and if you’re a brunette you’ll look great in loads of shades of lippie from pink to red. Don’t dare scrimp on the lip gloss for a perfect pout.

It depends on whether you have cool skin or warm skin. To find out, get a piece of gold (fake or real) jewellery and a piece of silver, hold them up to your make-up free face in good daylight in front of a mirror, and figure out which suits your skintone better. The right one will make your face glow. If it's gold, you're a warm tone, if it's silver then you're cool. If they suit you both equally, then lucky you! You're a neutral, which means you can wear most colours.
If you're warm, then I would recommend soft browns and taupes on your eyes, warm pinks on your lips and cheeks. If you're cool, then soft greys look good on the eyes, with cool pinks on the lips and cheeks. If you're neutral, then both of these will most likely work for you.
To get it noticeable, build up the colour until you get a result you're happy with.
For a more colourful look, try sapphire blues and deep purples on cool tones, and emerald greens and burnished bronzes on warm skins. Or add some silver shimmer if you're cool, or gold if you're warm.
And apparently, blondes shouldn't really wear black mascara, but if it suits you, go for it. I wear glasses, so black mascara is the only thing that makes my eyes stand out.
Other than that, it's just a case of going to your local chemists and playing around with the testers. But don't buy until you've looked at the colour on your face in good daylight. Fluorescent lights are harsh - no-one looks good in them.

For dark smoky eyes try a navy blue shadow or grey...i know they might seem dull but they contrast to your hair and bright eyes..a little navy liner or even purple or gold liner would jazz those eyes right up and make you look super sexy for an evening out :)

hey, same here. well, lucky for us blondes, really any color looks good on us. depending upon your outfit, you can go full out brown w/ gold accents in your eyeshadow, brown eyeliner, black mascara, taupe blush, and peach-tan lipstick. or go for the natural green, w/ mint eyeshadow, brown mascara, dark green eyeliner, and clear lipgloss. otherwise go bright! with colors like pink or a calming orange for a tropical summer look. any color will bring out your sheer beauty. REMEMBER * don't let your lips compete w/ your eyes. IF YOU WANT TO WEAR EXPLOSIVE eyeshadow, then put on a clear or brown tinted gloss. IF YOU WANT YOUR LIPS PUCKER RED, then go w/ a light orange or pinkish shadow

I would suggest pink or bronze for blush, bright red lipstick, and for eye shadow, something besides blue. You can try purple. I saw purple on a blonde, and she looked dynamite.

Wear bright coral colors and dark browns. They will bring out your eye color the best.
