I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Get started today!

I believe it is viable, however it isn't healthy. Shedding a big amount of weight in a small period of time isn't excellent for your body. Are trying atmosphere a goal of 10-15 lbs. A month. Slicing down your element sizes helps, and running round just a few blocks a day helps lots too! Good success!

It is not healthy to loose that much in that short of time. The best way is to loose two pounds a week, that is healthy. Otherwise don't rush things.

Uh I'd say the only way is if you EXTREMELY starve yourself or run like a marathon a day.
It's physicaly impossible, and if you starve yourself like that it's very hard on your body. Make that your goal for a year, sure.

No way that's healthy or legal. Set your sights a little bit closer to reality.

that's ridiculous. i guess you would basically have to stop eating and exercise like a maniac! be healthy about your weight loss. you can't expect it to come off all at once. stop eating sugar, eat more protein and veggies, avoid soda and drink lots of water.
