in reality, both Detroit and Miami are good and best at what they respectively do. Lke you enumerated, each of the two teams you placed in comparison have a roster of very good players, and each of them are good in doing their roles as part of their respective teams.
Only that this year was Miami's year. Next year could be any team's year, but I do hope and pray that next year would still be Miami's year, hehe!
Actually, I'm a White Hot Heat fan, but I hate to be partial and claim that my team is the best team in the world ever. Of course, I'm more than just happy for the Heat for emerging as the 2005-06 NBA Champs, but I also acknowledge the fact that my team would have to defend the title next conference to retain the championship.
And I don't believe that any team who won the championship is the best, what I believe is that the team that wins any championship GAVE THEIR BEST.

Detroit is far better than Miami. Detroit is a jump shot team their minds seem to be somewhere in that series because their shots were not falling. Shaq and Mourning are old, and wade is lucky. A five person team will always be better than a two person team.

I think the Detroit Piastons are 1000000000000000000000000000000 times better the had a good stroke of luck and the Cavs slowed them down too
