Inside the trunk is a button that says Inflator. Actually, there is two buttons, one for "on" the other for "off".
Since I don't have the owners manual, I can't figure out what it's for. There's also a valve stem sticking up there? HELP, I'm "aching" to know what it's for.

it it's located in the trunk it's probably to the rear suspension...check and see if it has rear air struts....if it does it o the air pump.....if the air bags on the struts are not inflated then there is either a leak or the pump is off or doesn't work....you then can replace the air lines an inflate manually...

I had one in a pont. 6000. the inflator is run off the air pump for the rear struts but it is for a vale in the trunk that you can plug an air hose into to inflate other things....spare tire, balls, inflatable toys and what not

Push the button and see what happens maybe air shocks
