This a site for new Naruto episodes, as for the old ones, i would say go to Youtube and look up the episodes. I personally havent tried it myself but possibly they could have those episodes on there but since those episodes are licensed, i wouldnt doubt if they are on there.

type in 'naruto episode' n then number of the episode that you wanna watch ex. 'naruto episode 2' they have eps 1 to 190 posted.

go to www.animeepisodes.net, you can watch all the naruto episodes online and a bunch of other anime series episodes for free.

Not many good places now, as most fansub groups discontinued translating them when Naruto was liscenced, however, Dattebayo ( http://yhbt.mine.nu/t/ ) Has from episodes 91 to 189. I can send you some, though, it won't be necessary, as batches of Naruto can be found on isohunt ( http://isohunt.com/torrents.php?ihq=naruto&ext=&op=and&iht=-1 )
