Precambrian for the Black Hills. That's anything from 542 million years (the start of the Cambrian) and back. The Rockies in Wyoming are Paleozoic to Mesozoic in age. If you want to know specifics then contact the USGS in Wyoming because they would be the people who would know the right answer.
And for the record rocks aren't as old as the Earth because they are re-crystallized/partially melted to form new rocks. They are not the same rocks they were before and we pick up more sediments and minerals from cosmic bombardment.

The Neoarchean basement in the Black Hills is comprised of 2560-2600 Ma syntectonic granites and older gneisses according to the source below.
A little over 2 1/2 billion years.
A previous answer stated the Rockies in Wyoming are Paleozoic and Mesozoic. There are also Archean, Proterozoic and Cenozoic formations there. For instance, the Nash Formation in the Medicine Bow Range has yeilded dates from 1.9 billion years to 1.65 billion years B.P., and older formations crop out (mainly in the cores of the state’s several mountain ranges.)

How would it be possible for them to not be as old as the earth is? Unless aliens came and planted some "new" rocks, they'd have to be as old as the planet. Now some will argue that metamorphic rocks aren't as old as igneous, but the material forming those metamorphic rocks is just as old as the earth is.Sedimentary rock formations are constantly growing in some cases, just as metamorphic ones are in some cases, but all in all, the original material for those rocks is as old as the earth is.
