I don't think it was caused by my shoes as I haven't worn any new ones. I don't think I've ever had a blister before! I know I sound like a wimp, but it's killing me! I really don't want to pop it as I think that it will heal quicker if I just leave it. Thanks for the advice!

Go to the store and get blister pads. They really work and shorten the healing time.

Gently pop them and let the fluids drain. Keep of your feet for a while and keep them dry to let the skin heal (could take a day or two if you do it properly). If you don't feel confortable with 'gently breaking the already dead skin above the blisters' then you could get someone who's qualified to do it. Perhaps if they really are that bad - go to the doctor. Either way, I hope they get better soon!

If it isn't broken, I take a sterile needle and puncture it at the skin line. The fluid will come out and it will heal faster with less discomfort. Put a bandaid on it to help the skin form under the blister.

id pop it with a needle then put a plaster on it, keep putting a fresh plaster on it for a few days and then after that, let the air get to it so it can dry and heal. another thing i do is to put i little talcum powder in my shoes, they dont seem to rub quite as bad then. best wishes, hope it goes away quickly!

Go see a doctor. It may need attention. Try wearing tighter fitting shoes. (more snug anyway) If your foot slides around in side your shoe it will cause blisters like that.

pop it with a sterile needle and put on a blister band-aid or antibiotic cream and a bandage of some kind

You can bathe it with surgical spirit or methylated spirit and that should help, but whatever you do DONT pop it!!I did that once and ended up with an infection in my wholef foot - not fun
