What do I do with the points? Are they just bragging rights?

Yes as of now the points are just for bragging rights. Hopefully, Yahoo will let us do something with them.

Yup, you can brag about what a tremendously smart individual you are for answering all those questions to get all those points, the real point is, no one really cares.

They're for being a pompous blowhard and answering as many questions as humanly possible. And, of course, getting selected as the best answer, occasionally. (Two points for answering, ten for getting "best answer").
