How about a mass comglomeration of "you." Ex: make a section/page about your favorite music, favorite movies and tv shows, your family, likes and dislikes, favorite pictures or comic strips or other online graphics, biography, dedications, etc.

make it about something you like. but don't make it a personal site with info about just you and a few of your favorite links. no search engine will accepta site like this. there are simply too many of them.
instead make it about a topic and then you can add your personal info if you like.
useful sites are better than pretty sites
