Go to Control Panel then Add/Remove Programs.
You should be able to delete it in there.

To remove themes or screensaver or backgrounds, go to Start Menu, Control Panel, and then click on DISPLAY. You can change everything in there including screensavers, desktop wallpaper, and themes.

What toolbar is it? If you contact me, I can help you remove it but it would be easier if I knew what type of toolbar it is.

You need to go to your Control Panel, then Security and then click on Add and Remove Programs for you can retrieve Google from your Hard drive and get rid of Star-Nevr heard of it but need to be skilled. Unfortunately one can't just delete. I learned my lesson by getting programs because they were free -didn't realize that with the program you chose you'll also get Add Ons, Plug Ins -Programs you have no idea where they came from. You can also go to ACE Utilities then to Restore- date to back before Star was put on your computer -the date you want your computer restored back to-will take computer automatically back to condition etc before Star was added and then go to Control Panel , Security and Add and Delete Programs and delete Star. Good Luck

You downloaded a spyware or virus or a malicious program that is in screensaver.com. don't download free screensavers because sometimes they are malicious and could create a backdoor for hackers who wants to steal your private stuff.
