It is a used, vintage rock and roll t-shirt. I can look at it and tell it has been washed, but not very much because the colors are still vibrant. Besides having alterations done is there anything I can do to shrink it or since it has already been washed is it to late to shrink it in the washer and dryer? He's ready to wear it so I do not have time to have it altered.Thanks for any help!!!!!!!

depending on the material it is made form washing in very hot water and hot tumble dry may save the day :-) good luck

Wash it in cold water and dry it on med. heat all the way. Hopefully it'll shrink enough...otherwise there isn't much you can do!
