This is my sister-in-law and she's been invited to a concert with me and a couple of friends. She hardly ever dresses up but I consider a bra just part of the necessary garments to be worn.

i believe if you are going out to be with strangers it is polite to wear a bra

ouch... i am one who does not wear a bra...however ...i do own them and yes on ocassion i do wear the damn contraption...like ..church...special events... like any other piece of clothing... there are right things to wear and not... one would think a person could use there own personal judgment...and have a lil tactfulness... but not all do...ummm...the old cliche comes to mind...."god gave you 2 eyes...so if you dont like what you see...turn your head!!!"
then again ..you did not state what kind of concert...
...black tie...say tactfully a bra would make that outfit look really nice.
rock concert.... omg who cares
religious concert...omg please wear a bra
basically there is no nice way to say it...but being family...another cliche is coming..."she can get glad in the same drawers she got mad in!!!"

She should be old enough to know what she does - and nobody would make you responsible for her clothing, I'd think.
So in fact, what are you afraid of? Why worry? Take it easy and let her dress as she likes. You also would not feel comfortable if she'd criticize your clothing...?

Ask her what she thinks the benifits are to not wearing one are! And then tell her if she doesn't start wearing one her boobs are gonna get all saggy and she will look old before her time
