I had the same problem. I found that you need to find out what motivates you. For me, I love my wife, so it was difficult to not be lazy before we met, but once we did, I found it was easier to motivate myself if it benefitted her. Now, we have two kids and I find myself doing chores that before I would have never done, because I know I need to in order to keep a nice home for my kids to live in.

u got to get more active do sports or something u like maybe ur edursnce is low practice running and ull get better with each run.
