Absolutely not...if you're being asked out by a 50 year old man while only being 13 you need to do two things:
1. Tell your parents
2. Go with your parents to the police station.
I mean absolutely no sarcasm in my response. This 50 year old is looking to hurt a child and not every kid is smart enough to ask for advice - like you were. Don't just say "NO!!!", but report this guy to the authorities before he takes advantage of someone not as smart as you.
I'm sure you have a lot of great qualities that will appeal to guys your own age...and don't worry, you've got plenty of time for 13 year old boys to catch up. But wait for them, and it will be worth your patience. An older guy can only lead to regrets...or worse.

you want the truth? the truth is is that your stupid for asking all these stupid questions about dating a 50 year old and an 18 year old ..... how dumb r u... dont u go to school where there r boys your own age... does your parents know your thinking about dating an old man when in fact you are only a very young girl ....... i think someone ought to inform ur parents about your stupid little questions u have ... maybe they should take your computer from you if your asking these questions on here.. god knows what u do when ur chatting or what u look at on the internet. sick and twisted little girl u should know better then that

Not only is that a bad idea, you should contact local law enforcement right away, and tell them that a 50 year old man has attempted to start a romantic relationship with you. Although it may seem okay, it's really against the law. I know that you may not want to get this person into trouble, but if he were holding a gun to your head, asking you to hand him your purse, would you want to call the police? Yes! This is really no different. You must tell the authorities.

When I 1st looked at your question I thought I read 31 which would be more acceptable. Don't you think a man that is 50 who wants to go out with someone who is 13 is a child molester .? You're to young to date yet, what is the rush..

No way, this man is old enough to be your great-grandfather. You should think about how this would effect you and your family before you decide. Think about everything that could happen in the long run if you go out with this man.

Have you ever heard of a sexuall preditor? Well I believe that is what you maybe dealing with. And for him if he is 50 he should dang well know better than to ask a 13yr old out.

the thing is if anyone knew you were going out with a fifty year old someone might say that you are desperate. but if you think that he/she is the greatest thing that struck the earth and you believe that it is a good choice to go out with him go for it. Dear, you cannot be that stupid or foolish! That is illegal and immoral. Your parents should never allow such a thing! Get a grip with your teen years and have friends your own age, before you find yourself in a very tragic mess. I mean you no offense, but be a kid as long as you can.
