what are we trying to do? Remove heat from the computer so it does not burn up. One way is to bring cool air and push out warm air.

A fan does that and oh Yeah ....... it really really low cost.
Anything else will increase the cost and you don't really want to do that do you. The more it costs to build it the more you pay for it.

Yes there other methods ... I know all of them but they all cost more money .....

Air conditioning would be an overkill if you are not overclocking your system to the max. As long as your computer is functioning within the acceptable temperature range, then there is no need to further cool it.

Secondly, air conditioning cooled computers would be very expensive and would introduce the risk of condensation on the components.

About 7 years ago there was a case that did have an A/C compressor under it, it was designed for P1/P2 type systems and chilled the board to sub-zero temps before it would boot up. They were ridiculously expensive and didn't last very long. I believe there was a reference article on www.tomshardware.com. By the way this was the first way that an end user was allowed to push the 1 Ghz barrier (Just a time frame reference).

Air conditioning creates condensation. Condensation is water. Water is not good for computers.

If you want an alternative to fans, check out Liquid cooled systems for computers. They use a radiator and cooling liquids like a car engine.

Air conditioning uses fans. Fanless cooling does work but not nearly as well.

air conditioning produces water and obviously water is not good for computers and air conditioners need fans, so there is nothing that doesn't use fans except liquid cooling i guess

Since you have the money to spend on it, get one installed on yours.
