i haven't but two close friend's have. She was thin but had this little belly. The other friend, he was very fat and after he lost a lot of weight he decided to have a lipo. They checked the doctors credentials first. Liposuction can be dangerous if performed by an incompetent doctor. I saw a documentary about a woman who had lipo with an animal. he perforated her intestines and she suffered the loss of both legs . it was very sad. The documentary is called Plastic Disasters. also, even if you get a lipo if you stop exercising or eating healthy the fat will come back. That happened to one of my friends. he was very upset, but he did not have a healthy regime after the operation.

I've never had lipo but I've had two children and to get my abs back I did sit ups daily bought a body workout ball and took time at least four times a weak to work out with it since I didn't have time to go to the gym. And all the money I wouldn't use on lipo bought me a new wardrobe to compliment my new look. I'm 5 ft 2 at 120 lbs. Visiting GNC helps.

Get your liposuction surgery in India.Cosmetic Surgery (including facelift/ breast enhancement tummy tuck./lipo) is very cheap in India. There is one company that is very famous in India that arranges cosmetic surgery for foreigners in India. They are called the Forerunners Healthcare.I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories.I have also read that they arrange financing for international patients as cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance or by the stinking NHS.
They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. The cost savings are incredible. As a doctor i personally believe that your surgery can be easily handled in India as the quality of healthcare available here is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star .
My cousin got her cosmetic surgery done there and she is more than very happy with the results.sHe is all praise for this forerunners healthcare company. She paid just 30% of the cost what she was quoted in USA and it was like a wonderful vacation for her. .hope this helps.I think she paid only 8000$ for the tummy tuck and liposuction surgery for which she was quoted 22000 $ in USA.

I have not had it, but my mother had a tummy tuck. That was not lipo, but it was very safe. Ten years later, her stomach is still flat as a board. Good luck. She is 5'2" and about 180 ish

nope, never.BUT wouldn´t recommend it.theres nothing that exercise and a good diet or hard work wont cure.spend your money on a healthy slimming programme.maybe where you can join with other slimmers and get support in loosing your belly weight.all those stories about recovering from such painful ops are lies.all lies.nasty business.horrible.please dont mention it again.you are giving me nightmares.

your a Guy who wants lypo??? wow. im 5'8 and 120 lbs but i have a small tummy too. i have found ways to make it go away though, which is what i strongly suggest you do first...eat yogurt, it has cla in it that reduces body fat or stomach fat. dairy, like milk does the same, but drink lowfat milk. green tea increases metabolism...umm., and i have a walking machine in my house, i try to use that as much as possible, getting lypo will be like a temporary thing anyways, the fat will probably come back if your eating habits are still the same, and excersise routines

i'm sure a lot of people think you are crazy and tell you that you're too thin already.......it's so frustating, eh? i'm the same--- i'm 23 and have the same stats (5'10" and 125 lbs) but feel i could lose some extra flab too. sure, i look skinny, but that's to bigger people. it's called having standards, you know?
anyways, i've never consisered lypo tho.....i'm going to keep track of your question and see how others respond.
