in my business plan, i am going to need projections and such to grasp my investors and loaners for my laser tag gaming business. what are some good ways to find out what my competion is doing so i can try and one up them? thanks

get your friends/co workers to snoop around for you....you just have to be sneaky about it

Best source is ask your existing or future customers - which companies they consider while buying the product. Also, veteran sales people many times are storehouse of information on competition.
Googling also never hurts...

Business and industrial espionage is done all the time, I will not condone it or advise you to do that.
