No. I've seen some at the store I worked at a long time ago, and yes, it had the name of the dairy with city and state on it. I think it has a warning about not standing on it or something.

I worked in a c-store and any crates with the wrong name on it was sold to the workers for .50 each, works great as a toy box or for moving.
