Maybe you could clarify what you mean by a "probable" web address.

Assuming you're entering a URL, then you're essentially ordering up the page which you get. The only person you can report that to is yourself. If you don't want to look at a website, don't type its address.

Reporting them is fine, though doubt you will get anywhere as there are thousand's of these malicous people. However more importantly, your computer is not effectively blocking these products. See the note I have prepared below to address this problem.
