Not really. The best bang for your buck is actually a really expensive cream called Hyelexin. Unfortunately, it's $98, and you have to use it faithfully twice a day for at least six weeks. It helps prevent the blood in the capellaries under the eyes from oxidizing, which is what causes those deep, dark circles. By stopping the problem at the root, it makes a big difference, but you've got to be willing to pay the dough.
