Okay, I asked earlier for ideas for sweet 16. I decided on a limo. for 3 hours. I think this could be a controlled party. Now I need some places for them to go. Starbucks is one idea. Do you have any other cheap-cheap ideas for them to go? Again it can't be someplace where they are left to wander or get in trouble.

As a chauffeur, many 16 year old birthdays comprise of going out to dinner and then dessert (where we are located, they enjoy Ben & Jerry's or Cold Stone. Some have also gone to Stewart's for a make your own sundae.)
For dinner, they have gone to several types of restaurants. Depending upon budget and time of day, TGIFridays, Pizza shops.
You mentioned Starbucks. This would be a good place to go after dinner (or lunch, or brunch...).
Some have had their nails done, or even a facial.
Most depends upon the time you have.
You can also have the "kids" dropped off at their homes at the end of the event. This gives you some more time in the limousine to enjoy.

save the limo for a wedding...try a bowling party or picnic at the lake
