Because we feel safest when we know the reasons for things around us. It is human nature to explain our surroundings. It gives us a sense of power and understanding. Then we are more secure.

Some people do it for spite; some for curiosity; some because the don't know; and some just to see how far they can irritate you. Try this next time someone says 'Why' - turn it around with the same thing - 'WHY' ???? See what happens !!

Because we are nosy and we must satisfy our curiosity. Or, in my case, to drive the person I am asking CRAZY.

It's typically great to question things because if you don't, you'll just follow whatever lots of other people are doing and not even think for yourself. I call it RELIGION.
