It's called Clap Clap as far as I know. The lyrics I learned are
3, 6, 9
The goose drank wine
The monkey spit tobacco on the street car line
The line broke
The monkey got choked
And they all went to heaven in a little row boat
Clap Clap, Clap Clap

My grandma used to sing me that song 30 years ago. It goes-
Once upon a time
a cow drank wine
a monkey chewed tobacco
on a street car line.
The street car broke
the monkey choked
and they all went to heaven
on a little green boat.

I don't know where she got it from, and unfortunately she has already passed away so I can't ask her. She did listen to country music so it could be an old country tune. Hope that helps.

Pia Zadora recorded a version of it:
THE CLAPPING SONG released 1983

Many other artists have made songs with these lyrics.

It originally was a children folklore song, and many artists made their own version of it.
