being thru this before i will tell you that its really hard to find anything with this on your credit report the best thing to do is pay off the lease and try to find a private owner that doesnt do credit checks or network with your friends and family to see it they know someone looking for a tentant or roomate

You would have to look around. Most places will not turn you down if it was your first and only eviction. Some places understand that people are human and make mistakes. But you will have to come up with a big down payment and proubly reguire first months rent. It is going to be alittle harder but you can do it!!

you're screwed.... in my opinion, you should family and friends who are willing to take u in until u get back on your feet financially again. if u don't have any family or friends, consider welfare.
