Your brother wants to dress in girl clothes right? If so do something simple first like a Hello-Kitty T-shirt and a jean skirt. However, if he wants to dress like a girl he should pick out stuff he likes.

start with a bra and then go for a short and sexy top and a jean short skirt! don't forget the make-up! it's fun i did that to mi baby cuzin! have fun luvs ya babe
