Assuming you use Internet explorer, Go to tools and internet options. On the general tab is a dialog box where you can enter the page you want as your home page. In your case type in that box www.pogo.com then click apply and ok. Use the help option on your programs, they contain lots of info on the program you are using.

In Internet Explorer, go to Tools / Internet Options / General. You can plug in www.pogo.com there.
In Firefox, go to Tools / Options / General. Same thing.
