I was thinking of a nice, candle-lit bath together. Any other ideas?

A week before your anniversary, tell your wife, "Sweetie -- you deserve the week off. I'll take care of all the household duties -- cooking, cleaning, laundry, etc. I'll take care of the kids after work, too. Oh, and here's a gift certificate for that day spa you've been talking about." About mid-way through the week, you can jointly plan the romantic evening.

I *guarantee* that by the end of the week, she will feel celebrated. You, on the other hand, may feel exhausted, but suck it up.

Yes the idea you have is a great one. Also make a romantic candle light dinner and rent a romantic movie! Or you can even get away for an evening at a hotel with a jacuzzi. Also give each other a full body massage and try something new and exciting in the bedroom. Spice it up and have fun and how about rose petals on the bed and add flavor for oral. Have fun and be creative. I hope you have a great romantic evening at home with your wonderful spouse and by a nice romantic card as well!

Your plan sounds nice, but not enough, that's more of a last thing of the evening to me.
A night out at a really nice restaurant, and dancing afterwords.
Check out some local hotels, and see if they have any weekend specials available. You can visit the Hotel.com type of sites, and see what is close at hand. You can spoil yourselves over a weekend, and have some wonderful memories stored up for during the year.
A nice dinner with some champagne, will add to your joy. So it may cost you a few bucks, but something you will both cherish./

This depends on your partner. If they are just as romantic as you the bath is great but if not maybe something tailored to fit their style.
