We actually don't know who Bambam's real mother was. The Rubbles adopted him, after winning a court dispute against a rich guy who also wanted to adopt the boy.
We could say that Betty was his 'real' mother, but we'll never know who the biological father (or mother) is...

His adopted mother is Betty Rubble and his Father barney rubble.So that's his mother,man I love that show,it was my mom's favorite as she was growing up!
