Andrew J. Whittaker is the man from West Virginia who was the sole winner of 315 million dollars in that state. I hear that he has been very generous in helping those who really need it. I was wondering if anyone has an address, email, or phone number for mr. whittaker. I would like to ask his help with my school fees. He is also the president for Diversified Enterprises Construction. A business he had before the winnings so technically he was rich already. Hw won in December of 2005, and has been helping people every since. I am up to m neck in student loans and was thinking that i could contact him for help.

Sounds like he has plenty of problems of his own, largely caused by having a vast sum of money and an excess of people who want to get some of it from him. You're probably best advised to get the money you need the old fashioned way -- earn it.
