I think the best performances Joe Pesci did was, in the Home Alone and Home Alone 2:Lost in New York.

In GOOD FELLAS where he and Ray Liotta are digging up a body that they have to re-hide elsewhere.
The body has decomposed and fallen apart and Joe comes across the leg and says to Ray "Hey, do ya want a leg or a wing?"
Then Ray runs away and pukes while Joe waves the leg around and laughs maniacally.
That, my friend, is a great moment in film!

John Cazale. i think of Raging Bull is a great action picture, all of us comprehend Pesci is a outstanding actor. yet i think of Cazale's performances interior the Godfathers have been truly extra clever. I'm afraid I do not think of him as an actor. I think he is just lucky to have been in the right place at the right time. None of his films were very good.
