You know, when you're out at the bars/clubs and you see a girl you think is cute and you buy her a drink....what are you personally thinking.I think it's sweet, but some girls get all offended...so I'm just curious.

The can I buy you a drink opener is pretty worn out most circles I hang out. The "hey can I get you a drink" opener" is basically saying "I wanna get you drunk don't care who you are what you think". That would be fine but then you end up with woman who's dumber then a box of rocks and more mileage on her then the Audobon highway in germany. She's the type if she gives me her phone number I pass it off to a friend and she doens't know the difference when he calls. It's a sciene you have to approach with an uncommited smile and "hello". Then you open with something like "Hi I'm a bird watcher would you like to come bird watching with me I'm looking for the large breasted bed thrasher". Her reponse is gonna tell me all I need to know. If she slaps me she's not about to put out. If she smiles she's amused but not all that interested. If she laughs like she actually got the joke I have my opening. If she's got a sense of humor she'll be more interesting anyway, so I'll buy her the drink and settle for a phone number and possibilites. I don't think it's exclusively sex in every case but there is that possibility.

Some guys want to get you drunk so they can get you to go home with them. Some guys just appreciate the scenery and that's how they show it. Some guys are already drunk and on the "must spend all the money I have in this bar" mode. It depends on the situation. I think I've been one of each of those guys at least once.

Here's a little clue, guys don't go to clubs just to dance. In fact, most guys wouldn't dance at all if they didn't think they had to in order to get in some woman's pants. Guys go to a club to get laid and maybe to dance, and women go to a club to dance and maybe get laid. That's the difference in men and women. Can you say NAIVE? lol

It's a nice way to break the ice and get to talk to some1, doesn't always mean sex.A nice conversation with a pretty woman is sometime more stimulating than sex.
