It is probably your coolant level sensor or coolant temp sensor. You can try unhooking it and if it doesn't shut down, replace the sensor. While unhooked you will probably get a check engine light on your dash.

i would check the ignition system, could be a coil, module, could many thing but that where i would start only because i does it when its warmed up.
