Looks like this city is returning to it's old self. Why is this? All five murders involve blacks, is this the reason?

New Orleans is a cesspool of sin, corruption, and drugs. What happened is only the result of the general conditions in the city. It doesn't really matter who, because it's only going to happen again and I doubt the perpetrators will ever fully be brought to justice. That city needs to be fixed, but I sure as heck have no idea how.

How does the fact that blacks being involved say that is the reason the city is going back to its old self. If it were all whites would they be to blame?

It was 4 teens in an SUV, all shot at the same time in a brutal drive-by shooting, and the 5th guy was stabbed in an argument over beer. No one knows why the teens were shot, yet, and there are NO suspects, as usual. Welcome to frickin' New Orleans.
Make that 5 teens in the SUV, and the 6th guy killed over beer. My city is reverting to its pre-Katrina crime rate; everyone wanted it back the way it was...this is what you get.

Perhaps they involved blacks because almost 70% of the population of New Orleans is black.

Well we were used to at least one a day, it was kind of nice not to hear about all of the murders. It was so common every night when I turn on the news.

If they knew don't you think they'd go after them? DUH!
Race has NOTHING to do with it! I have LOADS of black friends. Not a one of them is a bad person in any way shape or form. There are murderers of ALL races. In fact, the worst (serial killers) are more often than not white!

Police seem to believe the murders were Drug/Gang related.

well, it was gang-related. So that doesn't necessary color has anything to do with it.
