Are you referring to circumcision?
If so, your question is valid but there is no documented proof.

The basis of your question is rooted (no pun intended) in the fact that the head of an uncircumcised penis is more sensitive that those men who are circumcised.
It goes without saying that without the foreskin, the glans penis (i.e., the 'head') becomes desensitized as it shifts around in clothing.

Some people believe that because of that, it takes longer for men to have an orgasm.

But the aspect of an orgasm is solely dependent on the brain (the largest sex organ in our body) and the stimulation it receives.

Yes they do, because uncut men are very much more sensitive. They have skin over them, so their nerve endings are very sensitive when touched. Cut men like my self don't have that and our nerve endings are more adaptive to touch since it is always out. Being a CNA I would hope all parents choose to cut their kids (it would benefit then when they get older, I know and it is not pretty).

The only way to tell is to take a guy who is uncut and time him. Then cut him and see how long it takes to heal.

Not in my experience....then again, I'm not a man. I've had cut and uncut lovers and I don't notice any time difference.

Stamina isn't dependent upon circumcision.
