I don't have it, but I've played it for a good long time and know how to. This answer will not be exact, but it's the best I can do without the game in front of me.
The aircraft controls are defined by the user (just like all new role playing games in todays age). In menu, go to options, keyboard controls, scroll down to aircraft, and set them yourself. When I play I use the mouse for up, down, roll left and roll right. press and hold up (w) to take off, but let go after take off and the engine will continue to run at normal speed. W for accellerate, S for decellerate, A for aireloin turn left, D for aireloin turn right, left mouse for fire and the landing gear stays down all the time, or retracts and extends automatically. remember to pull up before you impact something your flying at to destroy, and get heaps of hieght before making an attack vector. Take out AA guns first if possible, or fly high and go for the goods in the basecamp, like opponents and infrastructure.

W & S for throttle control
A & D for rudder control
You can use arrow keys for pitch and banking instead of the mouse or joystick... this makes it more cotrollable.
