When my penis is flaccid I can pull the foreskin back over the head of my penis which is normal, but when my penis is erect I cannot pull the foreskin back over the head of my penis beacuse it is to tight, it has been like this all my life. how normal is this?
Do I have to get it cut off? it doesnt really make any diffrence to my life except my confidence and it hurts when it gets pulled back when erect. Any other solutions?

Don't cut it off... Like the other 2 guys before me said you might try stretching it... I am uncircumcised and I have stretched it a little bit yeah it hurts a little so I would suggest try inserting 2 fingers if you can try slowly spreading you fingers... I know of this one guy no kidding... fit eight fingers in there he told me he started with 4 fingers. But if stretching doesn't work for you you might want to get circumcised (sex should be enjoyable).

As Nick said when you masturbate keep pulling it back a little more each time and eventually it will retract fully when you are erect. No you do not need to be cut because in time it will retract. How old you are also matters. If you are young your erect penis is probably still growing and it will grow out of the foreskin

This is normal and nothing to worry about. You do not need to have surgery to correct this minimal problem. As long as you can retract the foreskin back over the glans of the penis in a flaccid state, you can attend to cleansing the area without hinderance.

You can stretch it by regularly pulling it back when you are erect - just masturbate and do it. It will take you some time to achieve results, but they will be steady.
Another way is to have a small surgery. I recommend you not to get circumcised in this case, but have a vertical cut. You will preserve the nerve endings for most pleasure and have a chance to have at least some protection for the sensitive glans (I assume you are naturally "naked" when flacid, which can mean that you are either already circumcised or just have this kind of "set-up" from your birth.
But try to do stretching, though it hurts.

If it bothers you, you can get it clipped but look for a doctor who does the european method. What they doi it take just enough to permit it to retract during erection but you will still be uncut.
When soft a little bit of the head might peek through the skin which, in my opinion, looks HOT!

I've known men whos foreskin doesn't retract at all when erect, the head remains fully covered. Everyone's different.

no, you just need a procedure called a dorsal slit. A small incision to loosen the stricture of the foreskin. It isn't painless, but it is effective. A urologist can do it in his office, local anesthesia. And it's covered under insurance.

ITS YOUR CHOICE WEATHER YOU WANT TO HAVE IT CUT OFF OR NOT . THINK ABOUT IT THE FORSKIN IS THERE FOR A REASON. i THINK YOU SHOULD JUST TRY TO PULL AND STRECH THE FORSKIN EVERYTIME YOU HAVE A CHANCE YES ITS GOING TO HURT BUT AFTER ITS DONE IT WONT PLUS THE FORSKIN GIVES YOUR PENIS MORE SENSATIVETY THAT WILL GIVE YOU MORE PLESURE DURING SEX
