If you mean by "hot" that he's a good player, then he's very hot, but he's not the hottest prospect in the next NBA draft. He's very good offensively, with great range and above-average ball-handling skills. However, he's shorter than most shooting guards. He's not as quick and explosive as many other shooting guards. Also, he's not a very good defensive player.
If you mean by "hot" that he is attractive, I'm sure many women will find him attractive. I am heterosexual, so I am thus not attracted to him. He is not hot to me.

Hell no, this guy wont ever see the floor in the NBA, to small, cant defend, and his glory days of starting are over.
